Market Development Lead


Job Description:

As part of the Market Development team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will work with a high-performing team that has a lot of experience in business development and great domain knowledge. You will have great mentors and you will grow really fast. You will find yourself thrust with a lot of responsibility. You will have all the support you need to succeed.

 

Experience Required:

1-3 years

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound campaigns
• Understanding customer needs in order to qualify leads
• Researching accounts and identifying key stakeholders and generate interest
• Teaming with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Conducting effective demos and presentations to prospects
• Negotiating deals and closing them

 

 

Candidate Attributes:

• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Strong phone presence – ability to build relationships remotely over the phone
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, Arts, or Engineering. Any experience in enterprise sales will be an added advantage
