• Verifying all the documents submitted by the HR/Candidate
• Outbound/Inbound Calls to the candidates/ Client & respond to their queries
• Inform HR/Candidate about the missing documents/information which will be required in order to complete the background check verification
• Define/dispatch all the documents/ information to the IDfy via portal/email
• Interaction with cross-functional teams via calls/emails to process bgvs
