Specialist – Client Delivery

Job Description:

Maintains relationships with clients/cross-functional teams by providing support, information, and guidance.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

 

Experience Required: 3-5 years
Salary Range: INR 2,00,000 – 2,80,000

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Verifying all the documents submitted by the HR/Candidate
• Outbound/Inbound Calls to the candidates/ Client & respond to their queries
• Inform HR/Candidate about the missing documents/information which will be required in order to complete the background check verification
• Define/dispatch all the documents/ information to the IDfy via portal/email
• Interaction with cross-functional teams via calls/emails to process bgvs
• Maintains relationships with clients/cross-functional teams by providing support, information, and guidance
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
