Snigdha holds a PhD in Business Strategy from IIFT, New Delhi. She brings along a rich experience of over 15 years.
She started with GE Capital as a consultant in Operations, Audit and Quality. She got herself LEAN Six Sigma Certified from GE. After 5 years at GE, she joined ITC Hotels as Head of LEAN Six Sigma looking after Operational Excellence and Service Quality for 6 years.
She also headed Design and Strategy for Consumer Experience and Service Innovation for Flipkart and Ekart. At DHL, she was the Chief Experience Officer, responsible for Vision, Strategy and Execution including Business P&L, Experience Design, Brand Visibility, Product Development, Service Innovation, Employee Experience acculturation for PAN India.
She joined IDfy in October 2018. She heads Operations and Customer Delivery at IDfy. She has built a super-efficient team that is not only customer obsessed but also committed to go the extra mile to deliver customer love.
