Preferred Experience: 3- 5 years 

 

Who are we looking for?

IDfy is looking for engineers with a minimum of 3 years of experience with:

 

  1. Sound understanding of MSQL, Linux, and Python/Bash. 
  2. An ability to create / read dashboards alongside familiarity with any visualisation tool and database technology
  3. An ability to understand data and analyse logs to help investigate production issues and incidents
  4. Logical thinking, communication skills, and an ability to function in high-pressure situations

 

Your job description:

  1. Monitoring events for IDfy’s services and setting up corresponding alerts
  2. Responding to alerts, with triaging, investigating, and resolving issues
  3. Learning about IDfy applications and understanding the emitted events 
  4. Creating analytical dashboards for service performance and usage monitoring
  5. Resolving customer workflows and configurations, proactively identifying failures and errors in services and investigating them, running service recovery scripts, and ensuring everything is done within defined SLAs.
  6. Responding to incidents and customer tickets regularly
  7. Helping improve IDfy’s platform by providing insight based on investigations and root cause analysis
  8. As a part of this role, you will often be required to provide support during non-office hours as a part of a rotational shift or roster
