Here’s what your day would look like…
Generating Customer Insights:
Utilize customer validation techniques, buyer persona creation, customer building, and customer discoverymethods to generate in-depth insights into customer need
Drive the understanding of customer needs through continuous research and analysis
Market Benchmarking:
Lead market benchmarking efforts, including market segmentation, development, refinement, and competitive intelligence analysis
Stay informed about market trends, competitors’ strategies, and industry developments
Product Strategy Alignment:
Ensure alignment between product strategy, roadmap, and vision with the go-to-market strategy and business priorities
Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure commercial success
Coordinate efforts across teams for product sales, usage, and continuous enhancement
New Product GTM Strategy:
Lead the development of the product strategy, including new use cases, customer segmentation, pricing, and sales strategy
Assess business risks and developmitigation plans
Drive tangible, data-driven business outcomes at the product level through the management of quantified scorecards and key performance indicators
Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability in consultation with the product teams
Develop project plans to execute the GTM strategy
Communication and Relationship Building:
Effectively communicate strategy and vision throughout the organization
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals
Ensuring Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among sales, service, product, software development, content, marketing, legal, operations, and finance teams
Motivate teams tomeet deadlines and ensure alignment in the go-to-market process
