Here’s what your day would look like…

  • Conduct video calls with customers to verify their identity and documents 
  • Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines while 
  • performing Video KYC procedures 
  • Communicate effectively with customers to guide them through the verification process and address any concerns 
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and information collected during the VKYC process 
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as compliance and customer service, to ensure smooth operations
